meet the directors
Chris Ryan, President
Chris is the President of CCYB and joined the Board of Directors in 2022, previously serving as Boys Travel Director. He is responsible for the administrative aspects of CCYB and is the primary liaison to the Metrowest League. He has three sons in the program, and acts as head coach for multiple CCYB boys teams.
Sean Walsh, Vice President
Sean is the Vice President of CCYB, and joined the CCYB Board of Directors in 2022, previously serving as Girls Travel Director. He coaches both his daughter and son in the program.
Tim Fredette, Treasurer
Tim joined the Board of CCYB in 2024, and is responsible for all financial matters related to the organization. He has a daughter in the program.
Catharine Dyer, Clerk
Catharine joined the CCYB Board of Directors as Clerk in 2023, and is responsible for completing all of the regulatory requirements for the organization, including CORI checks.
Daniel Rodriguez, Boys Travel Director
Daniel is the Boys Travel Director, and joined the Board of Directors in 2024. He is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the boys programming, including scheduling, and is one of the CCYB liaisons to the Metrowest League. He has a son in the program and is a head coach.
Jay Johnson, Girls Travel Director
Sean is the Girls Travel Director, and joined the CCYB Board of Directors in 2024. He coaches his daughter in the program.
Aaron Joncas, Director
Aaron spent 8 years coaching in the CCYB program, and is currently the Athletic Director for Concord-Carlisle High School. He is also a certified referee.
Marc Caruso, Director, Assistant Clerk
Marc is a former President of CCYBand Boys Travel Director, and has been on the Board since 2015.
